Cindy McLong brings over 15 years of distinguished hospitality experience to her role as General Manager at Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market. Since joining the property in 2017, Cindy has been instrumental in establishing Andaz Ottawa as a premier destination in the nation's capital, first as Director of Sales & Events and now as General Manager since 2020.
Cindy's deep roots in the Ottawa hospitality scene and understanding of the local market bring an authentic perspective to Andaz's mission of creating unique, locally-inspired experiences. Her commitment to genuine hospitality and attention to detail ensures each guest's stay is a distinctive reflection of Ottawa's vibrant culture.
